These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pretty Nourish mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

Pretty Nourish is a wellness and nutrition companion app that offers personalized insights, meal suggestions, and health tracking tools. The App may connect with Apple Health (HealthKit), Google Fit, or similar services to enhance functionality.

Important: Pretty Nourish is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information in the App is for general wellness and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or dietary changes.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the App.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App or its content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some App features require a paid subscription.

  • Payments and renewals are processed through the App Store or Google Play and governed by their terms and refund policies.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

5. Data & Privacy

  • By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • You may request to download or delete your data within the App or by contacting us.

  • HealthKit and Google Fit data are accessed only with your explicit permission and are used solely for providing wellness-related features.

We do not sell, rent, or use HealthKit or Google Fit data for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Pretty Nourish provides general wellness guidance but cannot guarantee results or specific health outcomes.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or reliance on the App’s information.

  • You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

7. Disclaimers

  • Nutrition, fitness, and cycle insights generated by the App are estimates based on user-provided data.

  • The App is intended for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may also delete your account at any time through in-app settings or by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
