  • Health & Fitness Data: If you grant permission, we collect and process data from Apple Health (HealthKit), Google Fit, or other connected platforms, including activity, workouts, sleep, heart rate, steps, and related health metrics.

  • App Usage & Device Data: Device model, operating system, and usage statistics to improve performance and reliability.

  • User-Provided Entries: Data such as nutrition logs, cycle tracking, wellness preferences, or other information entered manually.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide personalized nutrition, wellness, and cycle insights.

  • Display health data trends and progress in your dashboard.

  • Deliver AI-driven suggestions for meals, habits, and wellness routines.

  • Respond to support requests and improve app functionality.

  • Ensure compliance with platform requirements (e.g., HealthKit data usage policies).

  • Email addresses may be used to deliver personalized ads and measure marketing effectiveness across apps and websites.

We never use HealthKit or Google Fit data for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage purposes.

3. HealthKit & Sensitive Data Compliance

  • Data obtained through Apple Health (HealthKit) is only used for the purpose of providing or improving health, fitness, and wellness features within the App.

  • HealthKit data is not shared with third parties except through explicit user consent.

  • HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing.

  • Users can disable HealthKit access at any time through iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • All personal and health data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

  • Data is stored on secure servers compliant with industry standards (e.g., AES-256 encryption).

  • You can request to export or permanently delete your data anytime within the App or by contacting us.

  • We retain only the data necessary to provide core functionality.

5. Data Sharing

We may share information in the following cases:

  • With your consent: When you enable integrations with Apple Health, Google Fit, or other third-party wellness platforms.

  • Anonymized data: Aggregated and de-identified data may be used for internal analytics or product improvement.

  • Legal compliance: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

  • Email addresses may be used to deliver personalized ads and measure marketing effectiveness across apps and websites.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or health data.

6. Your Rights & Choices

  • Access: You may request a copy of your personal data.

  • Deletion: You can request deletion of all personal and health data.

  • Consent Management: You can modify or withdraw data-sharing permissions at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is inadvertently collected, it will be deleted promptly.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.

 

We use user identifiers such as email address or user ID to deliver personalized ads and measure marketing performance across apps and websites. This may include sharing data with advertising partners like Facebook, TikTok, or Google Ads for remarketing and lookalike audience purposes. No sensitive health or financial data is used for tracking. Users can opt out of tracking at any time through iOS App Tracking Transparency settings.
